Fyne Audio introduces Vintage and Vintage classic speaker lines
Finally, to make a ceiling-mounted sound system in the kitchen, or outdoor acoustics on the veranda, use additional Lumin devices, even the very youngest U1 Mini is somewhat redundant. We can say that they are too good for such a purpose.
However, if someone needs this function - it is. And native supports it. So the developers are still great. If someone needs to combine different devices, or for Lumin to work in conjunction with simpler and more accessible devices, there is Roon, on which you can build a system on hardware from different manufacturers.

The Vintage Classic uses more traditional wide blockish closets. The natural walnut veneer finish combined with the black frontal panel is evocative of the speakers from the 1960s and 70s and is paired with argentine detachable grills. The quaint Classic models will be equipped with a analogous Fyne IsoFlare motorist with a periphery of 200 mm, 250 mm or 300 mm, also with a 75 mm titanium contraction tweeter, but with a ferrite attraction. The Vintage Classic line will be represented by four models- one rack- mounted and three bottom- standing.
XII models :
The release of new Fyne Audio Vintage is scheduled for autumn 2022. The Vintage Ten, Vintage Twelve + Classic X and Classic XII models shown at the Munich High End show will go on sale first, followed by the 8-inch Classic and Vintage Fifteen models.
But for some time now, on the basis of several Lumin devices, it is possible to build a multi-room system. Not just to manage several devices from one application, but to make sure that the same playback will be in several zones, while different devices from the manufacturer can be combined. As usual, Spotify Connect, Tidal, Qobuz, Tune-In and AirPlay services are supported.
But in the case of the local music library, there are some limitations in signal processing. So DSD is played in DoP mode and processed by DSD64 and DSD128, but not higher. For PCM, the limit is 176.4 kHz and 192 kHz, more precisely, 352.8 kHz and 384 kHz will be recalculated before them, and everything above is not supported. Also the Gapless playback mode will not work.
I note that I personally do not really understand why multi-room is needed here at all. It's hard to imagine a person who has several high-end systems scattered around the house, so that he "drafts" starts music and wanders from room to room. Most likely, the user will have several sources, perhaps even different manufacturers, and only streaming accounts and a local NAS will be the same.
